Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
Pay Rate: $20 - $24/hr.

Essential Tasks:

• Manage front desk operations: answer calls, greet and direct visitors, track sign-in/out, route mail, and provide information.
• Handle administrative tasks: prepare documents, reports, and spreadsheets; schedule and coordinate meetings/events; maintain calendars, records, and filing systems.
• Support logistics: create shipping labels, track shipments/purchase orders, stock/order office supplies, and coordinate meeting room setups.
• Act as a point of contact for special events, provide backup for other administrative staff, and run occasional local errands.
• Respond to office issues or emergencies and alert management/HR as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; at least 1 year of administrative experience (3+ years in energy industry preferred).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and customer focus.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, adapt to change, and work well in a team environment.
• Proficient in general office procedures, communication (written/verbal), and computer-based training.
• Reliable attendance, integrity, sense of urgency, and occasional travel availability.
