Our Casual Package Delivery Drivers are energetic individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment. If you love being outdoors, enjoy driving, and are looking for a physically active role, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Your Responsibilities

As a Driver - Courier, you will:

• Deliver packages to residential and business addresses.
• Adhere to safety and appearance standards.
• Lift packages weighing up to 70 lbs.
• Provide excellent customer service during every delivery.
• Comply with DOT physical and licensing requirements.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• A valid driver’s license (no CDL required, varies by state).
• The ability to pass a DOT physical.
• Strong customer service and driving skills.
• The legal right to work in the U.S.
• To comply with UPS appearance guidelines and wear the company-provided uniform.

Working Conditions

As a full-time casual package delivery driver, you can expect:

• Workdays that vary between Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday.
• Shifts lasting between eight to ten hours.

Note: This is a seasonal role, but it’s a great starting point that could lead to a permanent position with even more benefits! Permanent, full-time delivery drivers can earn an average total compensation package of $145,000 per year, including:

• $0 healthcare premiums.
• Up to seven weeks of paid vacation.
• Paid time off for holidays, sick leave, and option days.
• Contributions to a defined-benefit pension plan.
