Project Manager – Technology & Strategic Initiatives

Reporting To: EVP Chief of Technology & Operations

Role Overview

We’re seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and deliver high-impact initiatives across our technology portfolio and broader organizational projects. This role is instrumental in driving operational excellence and supporting strategic transformation—from IT deployments and infrastructure upgrades to enterprise-wide initiatives including location transitions, vendor rollouts, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of IT initiatives such as infrastructure migrations, system implementations, and vendor integrations.
• Manage cross-functional projects beyond IT (e.g., organizational transitions, operational redesigns), ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Facilitate communication between technology, operations, compliance, and business teams to ensure clarity and accountability.
• Prepare executive updates, dashboards, and board-facing materials to support strategic transparency and decision-making.
• Collaborate with external partners including vendors, consultants, and service providers.
• Support change management strategies and user adoption plans tied to key initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience in technology and operational settings (banking or fintech preferred).
• Proven success managing concurrent projects across IT and business domains.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with project planning tools (e.g., Jira, Monday.com, Smartsheet).
• PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications a plus.
