OVERVIEWWe are looking for a motivated individual to manage marketing campaigns, websites and brand projects for our clients. You will be the main point of contact for clients, in charge of managing client marketing activities from conception to launch by keeping projects moving, assisting with brainstorming strategy, and driving results.THE JOBOur Marketing Account Manager plays a crucial role in each client's account team at Accelity. To be successful in this role, you'll do the following:Act on behalf of the client as a marketing project management leader, which includes planning and recommending action steps, being a forward thinker for the client and prioritizing work and projects.Develop strong client relationships by serving as the main point of contact on your accounts, being responsive to clients and meeting with them regularly.Confidently challenge clients' thinking when needed and bring a strong, professional presence to every interaction.Plan and guide clients through our strategic and technical onboarding processes.Go beyond your day-to-day project management to help shape the strategic direction of client accounts when the opportunity arises. Assist our strategy directors with brainstorming and conceptualizing marketing and retention strategies for clients.Manage campaigns and projects in ClickUp, our project management system, with a high degree of organization and attention to detail.Manage and review work completed by our team, ensuring it's completed on time and within budget.Monitor monthly and ongoing budgets for clients, communicating with clients and/or upselling when they are over budget.Assist with creating client reports and review results with clients monthly, bringing recommendations for future improvements.Contribute to critical internal business initiatives and projects, from optimizing processes to researching, creating and testing new strategies.Actively engage and participate in monthly team meetings and other team activities such as volunteering, holiday celebrations and more.QUALIFICATIONS2+ years of professional account management experience, ideally in an agency settingStrong interpersonal skills and patience to work with clients in a variety of rolesExceptional level of organization, ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects at a timeWillingness to learn and be open to new experiencesAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle ambiguity and changeUnderstanding of inbound digital marketing conceptsBecause we meet occasionally in office, should be located in Southeastern Wisconsin or Northeastern Illinois.APPRECIATED, BUT NOT REQUIREDBachelor's degree in marketing or related fieldKnowledge or experience in any of the following industries: Insurance, Finance, Healthcare, Food & Beverage, Education, Transportation, AIGoogle Ads & Bing Ads experienceCOMPENSATIONSalary $55,000-$60,000Company performance-based bonusesAbility to collaboratively chart your career pathHealth & dental insurance and a retirement savings planLargely remote role with the ability to work at Milwaukee-based co-working office space; team meets in person every 2-4 weeksFlexible scheduleGenerous paid time off
