About Accurate Courier Services - For over 20 years, weve partnered with healthcare providers to deliver critical medical supplies, specimens, pharmaceuticals, and documents on time, every time. Were expanding in Kansas City and hoping to add to our fleet!

As a Contractor:

• You run your own business. Handle your taxes and expenses.
• No employee benefits. Contractors receive payment per the services completed.

Scope of Work & Contractor Responsibilities

• Service Delivery:
  • Transport pharmaceuticals, medical instruments, supplies, mail, documents and specimens (room-temp, frozen, refrigerated).
  • Log pick-ups and drop-offs in our secure mobile app to maintain chain of custody.
• What We Provide:
  • Branded swag.
  • Insulated coolers and specialty containers.
  • Delivery equipment.
  • Courier certifications.
• Your Equipment & Obligations:
  • Provide and maintain your own vehicle and smartphone.
  • Keep drivers license, vehicle registration and insurance declaration pages current.
  • Report and pay all applicable taxes; cover fuel, maintenance and other business costs.
  • Follow HIPAA and all confidentiality laws.
• Performance Standards:
  • Meet contracted pick-up/delivery windows.
  • Immediately notify dispatch or the Operations Manager of any delays or incidents.
  • Remain substance-free at all times.
  • Deliver courteous, professional service.
• Working Conditions:
  • Operate in all weather, 24/7/365.
  • Expect driving, walking, standing and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Contractor Qualifications

• Age & Driving: 21+ with at least 3 years of personal-vehicle driving; courier/delivery experience preferred but not required.
• Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Kansas City traffic patterns and neighborhoods.
• Compliance: Clean Motor Vehicle Record; ability to pass background, drug screenings.
• Equipment: Reliable, registered vehicle and smartphone compatible with our app.
• Bonus: Medical or laboratory experience is a plus.
