About the Role We are currently seeking a Junior Coordinator/Packer to join the team at Savory Hospitality. Our ideal candidate will anticipate and address the needs of the company and our clientele with a heavy focus on order fulfillment, preparation, safety, and delivery logistics. The Junior Coordinator will successfully prepare and line up orders, while encompassing the full Savory spirit and providing high-quality service to our clientele. In addition, the Junior Coordinator/Packer will also be responsible for communicating any issues regarding orders, missing or low stock items, transportation client dissatisfaction. Other essential duties include supporting the pack and culinary teams.
Effective and regular communication with team, colleagues and managers
Creating labels and stickers for client orders with specific requests or dietary needs on all daily orders
Working daily with logistics, culinary, and facility management to help guide all daily and weekly orders
Familiarity with understanding and fulfilling BEOs (will train the right person)
Knowledgeable about Savorys services and menu options, answers confidently about Savorys services if a client has questions or needs suggestions for their next order
Ability to assist with offsite events and client visits
Must have a keen eye and pay close attention to details (can find and solve any issues without supervision)
Ability to build and foster relationships with individuals within the organization
