This experience can show up as someone who has submitted code to an open source library. 2+ years of experience working with accessibility tools like Deque Axe, JAWS, etc. This team is building a pattern library for all of Lululemon specifically focused on accessibility so understanding of WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) is a must. Someone with a lot of accessibility design experience will have the opportunity to guide and help shape how Lululemon approaches accessibility across the whole organization. 2+ years of experience working directly with design teams for front end development.
