Salesforce Administrator (with Tableau Expertise)

Location: St. Pete, FL (Hybrid)

Duration: Direct hire

We’re looking for a Salesforce Administrator with strong Tableau skills to support our enterprise-wide RevOps strategy. This role goes beyond system support—you’ll build scalable solutions, drive adoption, and help teams make better, data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary Salesforce Admin: manage users, permissions, automation, workflows, integrations, and platform integrity.

  • Lead CRM projects: data migration, integrations, and new feature rollouts.

  • Build and maintain Salesforce and Tableau dashboards to deliver insights across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and CI teams.

  • Translate business needs into scalable solutions and ensure user adoption through training and documentation.

  • Support process improvement initiatives and champion data-driven practices.

Requirements

  • Salesforce Administrator Certifications (ADM-201, ADX-211).

  • 3+ years Salesforce administration experience (Sales Cloud, reporting, migrations).

  • Hands-on Tableau experience (Desktop Specialist or higher preferred).

  • Strong skills in building dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and user enablement skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in RevOps, Sales Enablement, or cross-functional environments.

  • Familiarity with CRMs, dialers, and marketing automation tools.

  • Exposure to process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
