Job Summary

We are hiring a Sports Events Coordinator to manage the planning and execution of travel experiences for sports teams, fan groups, and athletic organizations. This remote role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who are passionate about sports, travel, and creating seamless group experiences.

You will collaborate with clients to design, organize, and book sports travel packages that may include transportation, accommodations, event access, and excursions.

Key Responsibilities

Consult with teams, clubs, and fan groups to understand travel preferences, schedules, and budgets
Research and recommend suitable destinations, venues, and lodging options aligned with event dates and requirements
Organize and book group accommodations, transportation, and ticket packages for sporting events
Maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers
Ensure all trip details are accurately documented and updated in booking systems
Provide timely updates, confirmations, and pre-travel instructions to clients
Assist with changes or special requests, ensuring all arrangements run smoothly
Keep up-to-date with major sports events, destination logistics, and group travel trends

Qualifications

Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote work environment
High attention to detail and time management
Proficiency with computers and travel planning tools
Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, sports travel, or customer service is a plus
Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
