POSITION: Title Examiner (Policy)
FULLTIME: ASAP - 2/13/26 Assignment
LOCATION: Warrenville, IL
SCHEDULE: 40/HRS WEEK
PAY RANGE: $21/HR

JOB DESCRIPTION:

*Examine recorded documents and title commitments to confirm that all requirements and exceptions have been addressed prior to policy issuance.

*Prepare and issue Owner's and Loan Policies as well as endorsments in compliance with underwriting and company guidelines.

*Verify accuracy of legal descriptions, policy amounts, insured names, lender names and applicable endorsements.

*Communciate with internal staff and external clients to obtain necessary information.

*Assist in responding to post closing inquiries related to policy issuance.

*Actual work flow is typically determined by geographic practices.
*Works independently and uses experience to examine title to real property
• Prepares and reviews reports for accuracy
• Other duties as assigned

• Proficient with company operating systems
• Knowledge of legal terms helpful

Typically requires 2+ years directly related experience
• State license(s) if required

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
• The ability to lift up to 30lbs
• Use of computers and technology
