We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Used Car Salesperson to join our team! If you enjoy helping people, have a passion for cars, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and make them feel welcome.
• Present and explain vehicle features, warranties, and options.
• Answer questions about vehicles, pricing, financing, and trade-ins.
• Guide customers through test drives (following proper documentation protocols).
• Negotiate prices and trade-in values professionally and transparently.
• Coordinate with the finance team to finalize deals.
• Showcase the dealership’s vehicles and services, including repairs and detailing being a one stop shop.
• Follow up with past customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service (automotive preferred).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a goal-driven mindset.
• A friendly, approachable attitude with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Team player who can collaborate with finance and fellow sales team members.
• Preferably social media presence and marketing skills.
• Passion and basic knowledge of vehicles is a big plus!
