Job Description

Staffmark is partnering with a well-established manufacturing company in Rogers, AR, and we're looking for an experienced Welder ready to take the next step in their career. If you're confident with MIG, ARC, and Flux-Cored welding and take pride in producing quality work, this could be the perfect fit for you.

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

What You'll Do

• Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
• Perform MIG, ARC (SMAW), and Flux-Cored (FCAW) welding in multiple positions
• Inspect and maintain weld quality
• Operate saws, grinders, calipers, and other shop tools
• Follow all safety protocols and assist with general warehouse duties as needed

What We're Looking For

• Proven welding experience (verifiable)
• Skilled in MIG, ARC, and FCAW welding techniques
• Able to read technical documents and blueprints
• Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
• Physically able to lift heavy materials and work in various positions
• Committed to safety and quality craftsmanship
