Hours and Pay:

Pay: $30.00/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

What You'll Do as HR Generalist:

  • Partner with site leadership to provide HR support, training, and policy guidance
  • Conduct regular check-ins with business units to understand needs and boost engagement
  • Assist with employee relations, including investigations and documentation
  • Support performance management by coaching managers and aiding career development efforts
  • Collaborate with employees and managers to foster positive workplace relationships
  • Help develop and evaluate training programs to meet organizational needs
  • Assist with workforce planning, compliance, and HR metrics analysis
  • Draft contract terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers with guidance from senior HR staff
  • Provide guidance on HR policies while maintaining compliance with state and federal laws
  • Support various HR projects and initiatives as assigned

What We're Looking For:

  • 2-5 years of Human Resources experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or willingness to pursue within one year preferred
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, including employee relations, compliance, and performance management
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong working knowledge of Workday (or willingness to learn within 30 days)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Tech-savvy, personable, patient, and organized, with the ability to balance competing priorities
  • Ability to lift up to 15 lbs and occasionally work in a non-temperature-controlled warehouse environment
