This position is vital for developing brand strategy, spearheading growth initiatives, and synchronizing marketing efforts with business objectives. Responsibilities Strategic Planning: Formulate and execute marketing and communication plans to drive growth and achieve business goals. Identify market prospects and establish the firm as a sector leader. Execution: Oversee marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content production, public relations, and social media. Manage the company's online presence and create marketing materials. Brand Development: Strengthen brand identity and craft compelling messages to convey the firm's value proposition. Lead initiatives to boost brand recognition and engagement. Communication: Create internal and external communication strategies. Serve as the media spokesperson and prepare communication materials.
